DESCRIPTION

· STA2065 is a high-performance infotainment application processor with embedded GPS, part of the Cartesio™ family, designed for advanced multimedia and navigation applications.

FEATURES

· ARM1176 processor at 533/624 MHz with 32 KB instruction and data cache, and vector floating point unit.
· High-performance GPS subsystem with 32 tracking channels and 5 correlators per channel.
· Advanced power management with dynamic core frequency scaling and 512-Byte embedded SRAM.
· System infrastructure includes LP DDR/DDR2 controller, static memory controller, and 32 KB embedded SRAM.
· Display and graphics support with color LCD controller, integrated touch screen, and 3D graphics acceleration.
· High throughput interfaces include USB 2.0 OTG, SD/MMC, and audio interfaces with multichannel serial ports.
· Standard interfaces include UART, I2C, SPI, and 160 GPIO over 5 ports.
· Automotive version includes two CAN interfaces.
· Programmable voltage IOs and operates in an ambient temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.
