· The START405 is a state-of-the-art RF silicon transistor from the START family.

· Manufactured using ST's third-generation proprietary bipolar process.

· Delivers optimal gain and noise figure (NF) for a given breakdown voltage (BVceo).

· Achieves performance levels previously only attainable with GaAs products.

· Ultra-miniature SOT343 (SC70) package.

· Low noise figure: NFmin = 1.1dB @ 1.8GHz, 2mA, 2V.

· Compression P1dB = 5dBm @ 1.8GHz, 5mA, 2V.

· Transition frequency of 42GHz.

· Low current consumption.

APPLICATIONS

· Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for GSM/DCS, DECT, PCS, PCN, CDMA, W-CDMA.
