DESCRIPTION

· The STMPE321 is a 3-channel capacitive touchkey controller with optimized hardware for capacitance measurement.

· It features 3 I/Os configurable via I2C bus as capacitive touchkeys or GPIOs.

· Available in QFN12 package (2.2 x 1.5 mm).

FEATURES

· Supports up to 3 GPIOs and 3 capacitive touchkey inputs.

· Operates at 1.65 - 1.95 V with 1.8 V I2C interface, 3.3 V tolerant.

· Includes 8 kV HBM ESD protection and 40 fF resolution with 128-step capacitance measurement.

· Features advanced data filtering (AFS) and environment tracking calibration (ETC).

· Offers individually adjustable touch variance (TVR) and environmental variance (EVR) settings.

· Capacitive key sensing in 27 µA sleep mode.
