DESCRIPTION

· The STMUX1800E is a 16 to 8-bit multiplexer/demultiplexer LAN switch designed for 10/100/1000 Ethernet standards.

· It features low crosstalk, low bit-to-bit skew, and low I/O capacitance.

· The device multiplexes differential signals from Gigabit Ethernet transceivers into selected outputs, with unselected switches going to Hi-Z status.

· It includes three SPDT switches for LED support and can operate in a low power mode for minimal power consumption.
