DESCRIPTION

· STOD2540 is a boost converter designed for Passive Matrix OLED (PMOLED) displays in portable handsets.

· It provides precharge and biasing voltage for the column matrix driver.

· Operates from 3.0V to 5.5V and can deliver up to 25V output voltage.

· Capable of driving 1", 1.3", or 1.5" color PMOLED displays with a maximum output current of 40mA.

FEATURES

· Inductor switcher boost controller with PFM mode control.

· High efficiency across a wide load range (1mA to 40mA).

· Integrated Load Disconnect Switch (LDS) for reduced shutdown current.

· Over-voltage protection with automatic restart.
