DESCRIPTION

· The SY10/100EP16U is a high-speed, fully differential ECL Receiver/Driver operating at 2.5/3.3V, capable of processing clock signals up to 3GHz and data patterns up to 2.5Gbps.

· It features internal pull-down and pull-up resistors for differential inputs and includes an integrated voltage reference for AC-coupled and single-ended applications.

· The device operates within a 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10% supply range and is suitable for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C.

FEATURES

· Precision 800mV ECL Receiver/Driver with 10K and 100K ECL compatible I/O.

· Guaranteed AC performance with throughput up to 2.5Gbps, typical propagation delay of 240ps, and rise/fall times less than 200ps.

· Ultra-low jitter design with less than 0.3ps RMS random jitter.

· Supports PECL and NECL operation with specified voltage ranges.

· Available in 8-pin MLF, MSOP, and SOIC packages.
