Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The SY100S355 is a quad transparent latch with differential outputs, designed for high-performance ECL systems.

· It features Select inputs (S0, S1) to choose between two input data sources (D0 or D1).

· The latches are transparent when both Enable inputs (E1, E2) are LOW, allowing data to pass through.

· A rising edge on either Enable input latches the most recent data at the inputs.

· The Master Reset (MR) input overrides all other inputs, setting the Q outputs to LOW.

· Inputs include 75kΩ pull-down resistors for stability.



FEATURES



· Maximum propagation delay of 1100ps.

· Maximum enable to output delay of 1400ps.

· IIEE minimum of –80mA.

· Supports industry-standard 100K ECL levels.

· Extended supply voltage range: VEE = –4.2V to –5.5V.

· Voltage and temperature compensation for enhanced noise immunity.

· Internal 75kΩ input pull-down resistors.

· 50% faster than Fairchild F100K.

· Functionally and pinout compatible with Fairchild F100K.

· Available in a 28-pin PLCC package.
