DESCRIPTION

· The SY10EL89 is a differential fanout gate designed for driving coaxial cables.

· It features a propagation delay of 375ps and output swings of 1.6V.

· Includes internal 75K Ω input pull-down resistors.

· Available in an 8-pin SOIC package.

· Suitable for Digital Video Broadcast applications, offering polarity-free system operation.

· Each output can function as an independent driver.

· Provides a voltage gain of approximately 40, with output swings twice that of standard ECL outputs.

· Requires proper termination at both ends of the coaxial cable to minimize signal loss.

· Operates with a Digital Video Broadcast standard –5.0V supply.
