Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The SY10/100EP33V is a ÷4 divider with a VBB pin for internal voltage supply.
· It supports single-ended input by connecting unused differential input to VBB.
· VBB can rebias AC-coupled inputs and requires a 0.01µF capacitor when used.
· Features an asynchronous reset pin for system synchronization.
· Internal flip-flops randomize at power-up; reset ensures synchronous operation.
· Includes internal temperature compensation in the 100K Series.

· Maximum frequency exceeds 4GHz.
· Operates with 3.3V and 5V power supplies.
· Propagation delay is under 460ps across temperatures.
· Internal 75kΩ input pull-down resistors.
· Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
· Available in 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages.
