DESCRIPTION

· The SY10/100EP33V is a ÷4 divider integrated circuit, featuring a VBB pin for internal voltage supply, essential for single-ended input conditions and AC-coupled input rebias.

· It includes an asynchronous reset pin that activates on the rising edge, ensuring synchronous operation of multiple EP33s in a system post power-up.

· The device is part of the 100K Series with internal temperature compensation, available in 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages.



FEATURES

· Operates at a guaranteed maximum frequency exceeding 4GHz.

· Supports both 3.3V and 5V power supply options.

· Ensures a propagation delay of less than 460ps across temperature variations.

· Equipped with internal 75kΩ input pull-down resistors.

· Functions reliably over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
