DESCRIPTION

· The SY10EP89V is a differential fanout gate designed for driving coaxial cables, particularly useful in digital video broadcasting applications.
· It supports both 3.3V and 5V power supply options and operates at a typical toggle frequency of 3.0GHz with a propagation delay of 310ps.
· The device features internal input resistors with pulldown on D and both pulldown and pullup on /D, and offers a new differential input common mode range.
· Available in 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages, it produces output swings 70% larger than standard ECL outputs, requiring proper termination at both ends of the coaxial cable to maintain specified voltage swings at the receiving end.
