DESCRIPTION

· The SY54016R is a low voltage 1.2V/1.8V CML Differential Line Driver/Receiver with Fail-Safe Input.

· It processes clock signals up to 2.5GHz and data patterns up to 3.2Gbps.

· Features a 3-pin input termination architecture compatible with LVPECL, LVDS, or CML signals.

· Operates from a 2.5V ±5% core supply and a 1.8V or 1.2V ±5% output supply.

· Guaranteed performance over the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.

· Guaranteed AC performance: DC-to->3.2Gbps throughput, <370ps propagation delay, <95ps rise/fall times.

· Ultra-low jitter design: <1ps RMS random jitter.

· High-speed CML outputs.
