DESCRIPTION

· The SY55853U is a high-speed latch with a minimum frequency of 2.5GHz.
· Operates with a power supply range from 2.3V to 5.7V.
· Features a single bit latch that stores or allows data to flow through.
· Designed to be fully differential with source-terminated CML outputs for rapid edge rates.
· Compatible with CML, PECL, and LVPECL input logic levels.
· Comes in a compact 10-pin MSOP package.
· Includes an asynchronous, level-sensitive reset function.
· Inputs can be terminated using a single resistor between the true and complement pins.
