DESCRIPTION

· The SY55853U is a high-speed latch with a minimum frequency of 2.5GHz.
· Operates with a power supply ranging from 2.3V to 5.7V.
· Features single bit latch functionality, storing or allowing one bit of data to flow through.
· Optimized for compatibility with the SuperLite™ family.
· Equipped with fully differential, source terminated CML outputs for rapid edge rates.
· Accepts CML, PECL, and LVPECL input logic levels.
· Available in a compact 10-pin MSOP package.
· Includes an asynchronous, level sensitive reset feature.
· Inputs can be terminated with a single resistor between the true and complement pins.
