DESCRIPTION

· The SY55853U is a high-speed latch with a minimum frequency of 2.5GHz.
· It operates with a power supply range from 2.3V to 5.7V.
· Features a single bit latch that stores or flows through 1 bit of data.
· Optimized for compatibility with the SuperLite™ family.
· Includes fully differential, source terminated CML outputs for rapid edge rates.
· Accepts CML, PECL, and LVPECL input logic levels.
· Available in a compact 10-pin MSOP package.
· The latch's differential output flows through the input when enabled and remains static when disabled.
· Equipped with an asynchronous, level-sensitive reset.
