DESCRIPTION

· The SY88053AL is a 3.3V limiting post amplifier designed for fiber-optic receivers, supporting up to 12.5Gbps. It features a programmable decision threshold for optimizing BER in noisy applications like WDM systems. It operates from -40°C to +85°C and detects signals as low as 15mV PP. It includes a Loss-of-Signal (LOS) TTL output and supports squelch function via /EN input.
