DESCRIPTION

· T16M50T600B is a silicon bidirectional thyristor (TRIAC) with a maximum blocking voltage of 600 volts and an on-state current rating of 16 amperes RMS at 80℃.

FEATURES

· Blocking voltage up to 600 volts.
· On-state current rating of 16 amperes RMS at 80℃.
· Uniform gate trigger currents in three quadrants.
· High immunity to dv/dt (minimum 500V/μs at 125℃).
· Minimizes snubber networks for protection.
· Industry standard TO-220AB package.
· High commutating di/dt (minimum 9.0 A/μs at 125℃).
