Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The T2200N16H100 is a high-power thyristor designed for phase control applications.

· It features a maximum blocking voltage (VDRM/VRRM) of 1600V and an average on-state current (ITAVM) of 2170A at a case temperature of 85°C.

· The device can handle a surge current (ITSM) of up to 44000A and has a threshold voltage (VT0) of 0.90V with a dynamic resistance (rT) of 0.106mΩ.

· The thermal resistance junction to case (RthJC) is 12.6 K/kW, and it requires a clamping force of 30...45kN for proper mounting.

· The thyristor has a maximum diameter of 111 mm, a contact diameter of 65 mm, and a height of 26.5 mm.
