DESCRIPTION

· The TC237B is a frame-transfer CCD image sensor designed for black and white NTSC TV, computer, and special-purpose applications.

· It features a 500-line image-sensing area with 680 elements per line, including 22 dark reference elements.

· Built with TI's advanced virtual-phase technology, it offers high blue response, low dark current, and high photoresponse uniformity.

· The sensor operates from -10°C to 45°C and includes limited built-in gate protection.
