DESCRIPTION



· The TC500/A/510/514 family are precision analog front ends with dual slope A/D converters, offering up to 17-bit resolution.

· Each device includes an integrator, zero crossing comparator, and processor interface logic.

· The TC500 requires dual power supplies, while the TC500A offers improved linearity for 17-bit operation.

· The TC510 supports single-supply operation with an onboard negative power supply converter.

· The TC514 adds a 4-input differential analog multiplexer to the TC510's features.

· All devices use a 3-wire control interface (A, B, CMPTR) for sequencing through auto-zero, integrate, de-integrate, and integrator zero phases.

· These devices provide high resolution, superior noise rejection, low power consumption, and cost efficiency.
