DESCRIPTION

· The TC530/TC534 are serial analog data acquisition subsystems designed for high precision measurements, offering up to 17-bit resolution plus sign.
· The TC534 includes a dual slope integrating A/D converter, a negative power supply generator, and a 3-wire serial interface port.
· The TC530 is similar to the TC534 but features a four-channel differential input multiplexer.
· Key parameters like Auto Zero and Integration time are programmable, allowing users to adjust conversion time for resolution.
· Data conversion starts when the RESET input is low, with data loaded into the output shift register and EOC asserted upon completion.
· The TC530/TC534 can operate with a single 5V power supply and provides a -5V, 10mA output for system components.
