DESCRIPTION
· The TEA1999TS is a Synchronous Rectifier (SR) controller IC for switched mode power supplies, designed for maximum efficiency at any load.
· It is specifically tailored for synchronous rectification on the secondary side of flyback converters.
· The IC includes sensing and driver stages for SR MOSFETs, enabling rectification of the secondary transformer winding output.
· It can generate its own supply voltage, suitable for battery charging applications with low output voltage or high-side rectification.
· Manufactured using a Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process.

· Adaptive gate drive ensures maximum efficiency across all load conditions.
· Operates with a supply current below 250 μA in no-load scenarios.
· Functions within an output voltage range of 0 V to 26 V.
· Drain sense pin can manage input voltages up to 120 V.
