DESCRIPTION

· The TFDU6300 is an infrared transceiver module compliant with the latest IrDA physical layer low-power standard, supporting data rates up to 4 Mbit/s.
· It integrates a photo PIN diode, infrared emitter (IRED), and a low-power control IC in a single package.
· Designed for direct interfacing with various I/O devices, it requires only a VCC bypass capacitor as an external component.
· Features a tri-state output and floats in shutdown mode with a weak pull-up.

· Complies with the latest IrDA physical layer specification, supporting up to 4 Mbit/s with an extended range of > 70 cm.
· Operates from 2.4 V to 3.6 V with low power consumption of 1.8 mA typical.
