DESCRIPTION

· THCV241A-P is a SerDes transmitter with bi-directional transceiver designed for 4K60fps RAW10 8Mpixel uncompressed video data transmission over long distances using 100ohm differential STP or single-end 50ohm Coaxial cable with V-by-One® HS technology.
· It supports MIPI CSI-2 with each lane capable of transmitting up to 1.5Gbps and includes virtual channel support.
· The device can handle high-speed data up to 4Gbps per lane and supports HDR data or data distribution on the second output lane.
· It features remote control and monitoring of camera modules via GPIO, UART, or a 1Mbps 2-wire serial interface, and includes fault and error detection functions for hardware safety.

· Compatible with various video formats including RAW8/10/12/14/16/20, YUV422/420, RGB888/666/565, JPEG, and user-defined 8-bit formats.
· V-by-One® HS technology supports data rates from 400Mbps to 4Gbps across two lanes.
· Features a reference clock input range of 10~40MHz and wide IO voltage range from 1.7V to 3.6V.
· Includes additional spread spectrum for EMI reduction and a 2-wire serial interface for 1Mbps bridge function.
· Offers remote GPIO/UART control, error detection with CRC, and notification features.
· Packaged in a QFN40 5x5mm 0.4mm pitch Exp-pad format.
