· These devices feature a glass passivated wafer and are rated for off-state voltages from 400V to 800V.

FEATURES

· Maximum gate trigger current of 200 µA with a gate-cathode resistance of 1 kΩ.

· Operates continuously in DC with resistive loads, derating linearly above 80°C to zero at 110°C.
