DESCRIPTION

· TIC126 Series Silicon Controlled Rectifiers (SCRs) are designed for high-power control applications.

· These devices are glass passivated and offer a surge-current capability of 100 A.

· The series includes variants with off-state voltages ranging from 400 V to 800 V.

· Maximum gate trigger current (IGT) is 20 mA, suitable for robust switching operations.

FEATURES

· Continuous on-state current of 12 A at or below 70°C case temperature.

· Surge on-state current capability of 100 A at or below 25°C case temperature.

· Repetitive peak off-state and reverse voltages up to 800 V.

· Operating case temperature range from -40°C to +110°C.

· Peak gate current of 3 A and peak gate power dissipation of 5 W for pulse widths ≤ 300 µs.
