DESCRIPTION
· The TK11100CS and TK111xxCS are bipolar LDO regulator ICs.
· Available in SOT23-6 and SOT23-5 packages.
· Capable of supplying 200mA output current.
· Designed for portable applications, battery-powered systems, and electronic equipment.
· TK11100CS output voltage can be set from 1.3V to 13.0V using an external resistor.
· TK111xxCS has internally fixed output voltage from 1.5V to 10.0V.
