DESCRIPTION

· The TLE4998C8(D) is a programmable Linear Hall Sensor integrating two individual sensor ICs with SPC protocol and enhanced SENT interface features.

· It features 20-bit Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and digital temperature and stress compensation.

· The sensor operates within an automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and offers a 16-bit overall resolution.

· It includes programmable parameters stored in EEPROM with single-bit error correction and supports re-programming until memory lock.
