DESCRIPTION

· The TLE5012B is a GMR-based angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement.

· It utilizes Giant Magneto Resistance (GMR) technology for integrated magnetic field sensing.

· The sensor provides 360° angle measurement with a revolution counter and angle speed measurement.

· It is manufactured using 0.25 µm CMOS technology and is automotive qualified for temperatures from -40°C to 150°C.
