DESCRIPTION

· The TLE5309D is a dual GMR/AMR angle sensor designed for 360° contactless angle measurement, featuring separate supply pins for AMR and GMR sensors, low current consumption, and quick start-up. It is optimized for circuits with 3.3 V or 5 V supply voltage and operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The sensor is immune to airgap variations and provides pre-amplified output signals for differential or single-ended applications. It includes a diverse redundancy design with one GMR sensor and one AMR sensor in one package and is RoHS compliant.
