DESCRIPTION



· The TLE6250 family of HS CAN-transceivers are monolithic integrated circuits available as bare die or in a PG-DSO-8 package with identical functionality.

· Optimized for high-speed differential mode data transmission in automotive and industrial applications, compliant with ISO 11898.

· Interfaces between the CAN protocol controller and the physical differential bus in 12 V and 24 V systems.

· Built on Smart Power Technology (SPT), integrating bipolar and CMOS control circuitry with DMOS power devices.

· Designed to endure harsh automotive conditions with superior EMC performance.

· TLE6250G version features 5 V logic I/O with RxD, TxD, INH, RM pins, and supports Normal, Stand-by, and Receive-only modes.

· Supports CAN data transmission rates up to 1 Mbit/s.

· Includes Receive-only and Stand-by modes.

· Suitable for both 12 V and 24 V applications.
