DESCRIPTION

· The TLL155 Capacitive Fuel Level Sensor is designed for diesel fuel tanks, offering variable resistive, voltage, or current output for industry-standard fuel gauges or PLCs.

· Available in standard probe lengths of 500mm or 1000mm, it can be customized by cutting to length and magnetically calibrated by the end user.

FEATURES

· Operates on a 9-36 VDC supply with 80V over-voltage protection, consuming 15mA at 12VDC.

· Offers resistive output between 3-500Ω or 500-3Ω in 3Ω steps, with a maximum dissipation of 250mW.

· Constructed with 316 Stainless Steel, Nylon 66, Aluminium Alloy 6063, and FKM Polycarbonate for LED calibration.

· Environmental ratings include IP67 ingress protection, a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C, and a maximum pressure of 1 Bar.

· Includes options for alarm output (1-20mA, 4-20mA) and specific empty and full level calibration within the probe's measurement range.
