DESCRIPTION

· The TLV700 series are low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators designed for power-sensitive applications, featuring low quiescent current and excellent line and load transient performance. They ensure 2% accuracy with a precision bandgap and error amplifier, and are stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1μF. Available in various packages including 1.5-mm × 1.5-mm SON-6, SOT23-5, and SC-70.

· Very Low Dropout: 43mV at IOUT=50mA, VOUT=2.8V; 85mV at IOUT=100mA, VOUT=2.8V; 175mV at IOUT=200mA, VOUT=2.35V.
