DESCRIPTION

· The TM5SAI6TH is an analog input module for the Modicon TM5 series, designed for thermocouple inputs.

· It supports J/K/N/S type thermocouples with a 16-bit resolution.

FEATURES

· 6 analog inputs with configurable input filtering (1...66.7 ms).

· Measurement resolution of 0.1 °C and a measurement error of ±0.1% to ±0.17% of full scale, depending on thermocouple type.

· Temperature coefficient of 0.01 %FS/°C and non-linearity of ±0.001 %FS.

· No insulation between channels but 500 Vrms AC insulation between channel and bus.

· Internal supply voltage of 24 V DC with a tolerance of -15...20%.

· Common mode rejection greater than 70 dB.

· Includes 1 green LED for power supply, 1 red LED for power supply, and 6 green LEDs for input status.

· Current consumption of 2 mA on 5 V DC bus and 38 mA on 24 V DC input/output.

· Maximum power dissipation of 0.92 W.

· CE marked with a net weight of 0.06 lb (0.025 kg).

APPLICATIONS

· Compatible with Modicon LMC058 and Modicon M258 logic and motion controllers.
