DESCRIPTION
· The TP4054 is a complete constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger for single-cell lithium-ion batteries.
· It comes in a SOT23-5 package and requires a minimum number of external components.
· The device has a preset 4.2V charge voltage with a 1% accuracy.
