· The TPC5160 is a 16-bit SAR ADC supporting unipolar, differential input with a range of -VREF to VREF and a common mode voltage of VREF/2.
· It operates with an external reference voltage from 2.5V to VDD.
· Features an SPI-compatible interface and supports daisy-chain operation for multiple devices.
· Includes an optional busy indicator bit for synchronization with the host.

· High linearity: INL ±1 LSB, DNL ±0.5 LSB, THD -101 dB at 1kHz.
