DESCRIPTION
· The TPS2553D is a single-channel high-side MOSFET switch designed for adjustable current-limited power distribution with circuit protection.
· It supports USB requirements, supplying up to 2.25A for downstream devices.
· Features include soft-start, under voltage lockout (UVLO), auto discharge, thermal shutdown, and reverse current protection.
· The switch's low on-resistance meets USB voltage drop requirements.
· A flag output indicates fault conditions to the local USB controller.
