DESCRIPTION
· The TS1002 and TS1004 are dual and quad single-supply precision CMOS operational amplifiers.
· Fully specified to operate at 0.8V with less than 0.6µA supply current per amplifier.
· Designed for ultra-long-life battery-powered applications.
· Part of the "NanoWatt Analog™" high-performance analog IC portfolio.
· Typical offset voltage of 0.5mV and input bias current of 25pA.
· Rail-to-rail input and output stages.
· Available in 8-pin MSOP (TS1002) and 14-pin TSSOP (TS1004) packages.
