DESCRIPTION
· The TS1103 is a bidirectional current-sense amplifier from the TS1101 family.
· It features a 1 μA ultra-low supply current and a wide input common-mode range of +2V to +27V.
· The device offers a low input offset voltage of 200 μV (max) and a low gain error of 0.6% (max).
· It is available in four gain options: 25V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V.
· The TS1103 is packaged in a 6-Lead SOT23, making it suitable for PCB-area-critical applications.
· It operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
