DESCRIPTION

· The TS3USB31 is a 1:1 SPST high-bandwidth switch designed for high-speed USB 2.0 signal switching.

· It features a wide bandwidth of 750 MHz, allowing signals to pass with minimal edge and phase distortion.

· The switch is bidirectional, ensuring little to no attenuation of high-speed signals at the outputs.

· It is compatible with high-speed USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) and designed for low bit-to-bit skew and high channel-to-channel noise isolation.

· Packaged in a small UQFN (1.5mm × 1.5mm), it is suitable for handset or consumer applications like cell phones, digital cameras, and notebooks with hubs.

· VCC operation at 3V and 4.3V with 1.8-V compatible control-pin inputs.

· Supports partial power-down mode operation with IOFF.

· Low on-resistance (ron = 10Ω maximum, Δron < 0.35Ω typical).

· Low power consumption (1µA maximum).

· ESD performance tested per JESD 22: 6000-V Human-Body Model, 1000-V Charged-Device Model, and 250-V Machine Model.

· Wide -3dB bandwidth of 1220 MHz typical.

· Packaged in an 8-pin TQFN (1.5mm × 1.5mm).
