DESCRIPTION

· The TSA1203 is a high-speed, dual-channel 12-bit ADC with a 40Msps sampling rate, processed in 0.25µm CMOS technology.
· It features a pipeline structure with digital error correction for high static linearity.
· Integrated voltage references simplify design and minimize external components, though external references can be used.
· The ADC outputs are multiplexed on a common bus with tri-state capability for chip selection.
· It operates in an extended temperature range of 0°C to +85°C and is available in a 48-pin TQFP package.
