DESCRIPTION
· Monolithic IC for high-current switching with low saturation voltages.
· Activated by low-level logic signals.
· Independent activation of source and sink switches with built-in interlock.
· High current capability for driving large capacitive loads with fast rise and fall times.
· High-speed internal flyback diodes for inductive loads.
· Can form a full bridge bipolar motor driver with another UC2950.
