DESCRIPTION
· The ULN2803 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington driver IC with 8 NPN Darlington pairs.
· All units share a common emitter and feature open-collector outputs.
· Each pair includes a 2.7KΩ resistor, compatible with TTL and 5V CMOS without a logic buffer.
· It can sink up to 500mA, withstand 50V when off, and handle high load currents.
