Littelfuse V20P50P Varistor Datasheet Summary

General Description

The V20P50P is a radial leaded varistor from the LV UltraMOV® Series. It is designed for overvoltage protection in various electronic circuits. This varistor features a maximum continuous voltage of 50V AC RMS and 65V DC, with a nominal voltage range of 50V to 65V. It has a maximum clamping voltage of 145V and can handle a peak current of up to 100A for an 8/20µs pulse.
