DESCRIPTION
· The VG481V1 is a back-biased Hall-effect speed sensor IC designed to detect the speed of ferrous gear tooth target wheels.
· It features a dual peak detecting circuit, voltage regulator, clock/oscillator, Hall-element, amplifier, internal peak/valley track and hold circuits, comparator, and open collector output stage.
· The IC is zero-speed capable, protected against low voltage, short circuits, and reverse connections, and operates within a 4 V to 24 V supply voltage range.
· It is offered in a flat TO-92-style package suitable for compact PC board layouts.

· Back-biased speed sensor IC with zero-speed capability.
· Operates from 4 V to 24 V and withstands temperatures from -40°C to 150°C.
· Open collector output rated for 20 mA with short circuit protection.
· Reverse voltage protection and AEC-Q100 qualification (Grade 0).
