DESCRIPTION

· The VON1k5V m sensor by Tell-i Technologies measures drain-to-source voltage of high voltage power MOSFETs and collector-emitter of IGBTs during ON-state with high resolution.
· It clamps high voltage at +2.8V during OFF-state and provides VDSON measurements within 50ns-200ns rise/fall times during ON-state.
· Ideal for health monitoring and prognostics of power converters, it operates on a single +5V supply, ensuring seamless integration into control systems.
· Suitable for high frequency, high voltage power electronics using wide-bandgap devices like SiC and GaN transistors.
