DESCRIPTION

· The ZMZ20M is a highly sensitive magnetic field sensor in a 4-pin E-line package, utilizing the magneto-resistive effects of thin film Permalloy. It measures magnetic fields or detects metallic parts. The sensor includes a chip with Permalloy stripes forming a Wheatstone bridge, outputting a voltage proportional to the magnetic field component Hy. An internal permanent magnet provides a perpendicular field Hx to suppress hysteresis.
