DESCRIPTION

· ZXGD3108N8 is a 40V Active OR’ing MOSFET Controller designed to drive low RDS(ON) Power MOSFETs as ideal diodes.

· It replaces standard rectifiers to reduce forward voltage drop and increase power transfer efficiency.

· Suitable for high-side and low-side power supply units (PSU) with rails up to ±40V.

· Features a turn-off threshold of -3mV with ±2mV tolerance.

· Standby power consumption is <5mW with a quiescent supply current <400µA.

· Rapid turn-off time of <600ns to block reverse current during PSU fault conditions.
