DESCRIPTION

· ZXGD3111N8 is a 200V Active OR-ing MOSFET controller designed for driving a low RDS(ON) Power MOSFET as an ideal diode.

· It replaces standard rectifiers to reduce forward voltage drop and increase power transfer efficiency.

· Suitable for high-side and low-side power supply units (PSU) with rails up to ±200V.

· Features a turn-off threshold of -3mV with ±2mV tolerance.

· In 48V configurations, standby power consumption is <50mW with quiescent supply current <1mA.

· Rapidly turns off MOSFET in <600ns during PSU fault conditions to block reverse current flow.
