DESCRIPTION

· The ZXGD3112N7 is a 400V active ORing MOSFET controller designed for driving low RDS(ON) power MOSFETs as ideal diodes.

· It replaces standard rectifiers to reduce forward voltage drop and increase power transfer efficiency.

· Suitable for high-side and low-side PSUs with rails up to ±400V.

· Features a turn-off threshold of -3mV with ±2mV tolerance.

· Standby power consumption is <50mW with a quiescent supply current <1mA in typical 48V configurations.

· Rapidly turns off MOSFET in <600ns during PSU fault conditions to block reverse current flow.
